My Assistant loved her roses. I placed my order online, during the morning; the roses were delivered timely and professionally; and the roses and presentation were beautiful. I was able to gift my Assistant and brighten her day without leaving the office or picking up the phone. And now, I will order some roses for myself. Convenient, timely, professional, and beautiful! Ordered on line..Asked for flowers to be delivered before 5pm. Called after 3:30 due to no delivery just to make sure.. Come find out they had no order in the system for me dispite the fact my account had been debited and I had a confirmation number. Apparently there was a glitch.. The person on the phone was quick to help. He apologized, asked what i ordered and had my arrangement made and delivered within 30 minutes after the call so that my surprise to my girlfriend at work was not ruined. i really appreciate his quick correction to the problem. Thank you
